Wed a.m.

Can't seem to get to comments early this am. The crespeau was layered. Top orange, then green, then white, then a dark almost purple. At first thought salmon, maybe spinach, chicken, then a beef.meat thing. Nicely seasoned and tasty. Could very well have all been veg. Carrots, green beans, cauliflower, eggplant? Will ask Jean-Michel what is typical. The quiche was moist (zuke quiche :)
